This week at Trinity

Here's what's happening at Trinity this week!

Theology on Tap

May 7 at 7:30pm at Hubs & Hops

The topic for May's Theology on Tap will be "Technology & the Christian Community." Fr. Justin will be examining the definition of technology and how it affects community, weakening our ability to grow in the fruit of the Spirit. Come at 7:30pm to hear live music from Jim Cable followed by trivia, the talk, table discussion, and Q&A. Newcomers receive a free drink ticket, so invite a friend to come with you!

Rector Institution: Save the Date

June 1 at 11am

The parish is invited to attend Fr. Morgan's institution as rector of Trinity. The service will be held on Saturday, June 1, at 11am, followed by a reception in the Parish Hall.

Newcomers' Dessert

May 14 at 7pm at the home of Caitlyn & Clayton Lang

If you are new to Trinity, we would like to invite you to our next Newcomers Dessert! This is an opportunity for you to meet members of Trinity, find out more about the church, and ask any questions you may haveā€”and of course enjoy some delicious desserts! If you need to bring your children, please let us know so we can arrange childcare. If you would like to attend, please email our Connections Coordinator, Carol Kelso, at carol@trinitythomasville.church.

Aid to the Homeless

Through April

Trinity will be conducting a drive during the month of April to gather the elements of "Manna" bags for Thomas County Cares. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please bring any or all of these items to the Parish Hall and drop in the pop-up collection bin: canned goods with pop-top lids; small bottles of water; or individually wrapped packages of nuts, fruit chews, crackers, or cookies.

Bible Study Fellowship in the Fall: Revelation

Starts September 11, 2024; Wednesdays from 9:15-11am in the Parish Hall

For centuries, people have attempted to unlock the mysteries of Revelation. Yet many miss out on the real meaning of this incredible book. John's beautiful ending to the Biblical story reveals both new beginnings for us today and hope for our certain future. In this study, discover that Jesus Christ is at the center of every prophecy, promise, and passage. Click here to request to join the group that meets weekly on Wednesdays at Trinity.
